In 2016, my world shattered when my husband died by suicide.
Like you may feel now, I was lost, alone, in shock, and emotionally paralyzed. I didn’t know how to move forward — or how to help my children make sense of something so unimaginable.
But in the midst of that darkness, I discovered something life-changing:
Our bodies carry emotions we were never meant to hold forever. And when those trapped emotions are gently released, healing becomes possible. Through Emotion Code therapy, I found a path back to meaning, peace, and purpose.
After walking that path myself, I became certified to guide others — especially women navigating grief, trauma, and suicide loss.
